Where/What: 1BR/1BA co-op in the East Village
Square feet: 840
Maintenance/CC: $900
The Skinny: Here's something you don't see everyday: a one-bedroom in the East Village with a 30-foot-long living/dining room. This spacious unit is located on the third floor of a walk-up co-op. It has 9'4" ceilings, hardwood floors, and an exposed brick wall of windows. The large, recently-updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and an enviable amount of counter and storage space. There's a closet with a washer/dryer just off of the kitchen, and both the bedroom and foyer have large closets. One odd quirk: the bedroom has high windows along the wall it shares with the kitchen (see photo #3). The building is pet-friendly and has a part-time doorman. How much do you think the seller is asking?
