Tiny Townhouse on Brooklyn Mews Sells for $1.3 Million

New, 38 comments

The rowhouses on Warren Place in Cobble Hill were originally intended as workers' cottages when early affordable housing supporter Alfred Tredway White built them in 1878. Now, of course, they're just as in-demand as any other Brooklyn real estate?and not particularly more affordable. The most recent one to come to market, 2 Warren Place, has just sold for $1.3 million, Brownstoner reports, after three weeks on the market. (It was asking $1.35 million.) Sadly, the above and a few more exteriors are all the listing has to offer in terms of photos.
