How Much for a 1,000-Square-Foot 1BR In Cobble Hill?

New, 22 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 1BR/1BA in Cobble Hill/Columbia Street Waterfront
Square Feet: 1,013
Maintenance/CC: $798
The Skinny: Like last week's Pricspotter property, this one-bedroom loft in the Columbia Street Waterfront District has a giant living/dining room, clocking in at 35-feet-long, but unlike that East Village apartment, this home has a much more sensible layout due to the fact that the building is a warehouse-to-condo conversion. In addition to the full bedroom, the living space has a corner alcove with closets that could be used as a home office or built-out as a second bedroom. The kitchen has an island counter with space for bar stools, lots of storage space, and new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The home also has central air conditioning and a washer/dryer. The building has an elevator, full time doorman, live-in super, a gym, a children's playroom, and bike storage. How much do you think the seller is asking?
