How many times does New York have to tell you not to sell condos, Tommy Huang and Alice Liu? The couple, banned from condo and co-op sales in 1999, now have to pay a $5 million penalty for selling condos at the Broadway Towers in Elmhurst between 2008 and 2012 in defiance of that ban. Huang and Liu's son put his name on the building but "secretly" let his parents handle sales and marketing. Huang is already a convicted felon for allowing oil to spill into the RKO Keith's Theater, which he owned; Liu is the heir to a barbecue sauce fortune. [NYP]
