Perhaps the insane Brooklyn townhouse market has skewed people's perception of the rest of the real estate in the borough because all but one guess on this week's Pricespotter property were over the $675,000 asking price. No one got the price right, and the lowest wager came in at $625,000, while most of the other guesses were in the $800K to $900K+ range. The unit is located at One Tiffany Place, which is in the Columbia Street Waterfront District of Cobble Hill. Even those few commenters who said the area is a "horrid location" guessed more than the asking price, so we're betting this place will have no problem finding a buyer.
