After only three and a half months off the market, during which time it was being rented for an undisclosed amount by music executive Lyor Cohen, Chipotle founder Steve Ells' West Village townhouse is back on the market for $14.5 million — up half a million from the most recent listing but still down quite a bit from its original $16.5 million asking price. The new listing, while largely the same as the old ones, does include new staging that seems to be a retreat of sorts from the whole minimalist Zen thing as well as a couple of previously unphotographed rooms probably meant to liven the listing up a little. For instance, that room marked "study" on the floor plan is actually just filled with booze.
