15 Broad Condo Pillages Antiquities, Asks $2.975 Million

New, 18 comments

It's been a while since we've posted about any of the goings-on in the Financial District's 15 Broad Street (also known as the Downtown Insanity Palace), but this brand new listing is worth a gander or two. Designed by Philippe Starck (who apparently runs FiDi like a crime boss), this 2,220-square-foot, three-bedroom loft is seeking $2.975 million. The amenities are appropriately bonkers, including magic televisions that double as mirrors when turned off and a "one-of-a-kind wooden sliding wall imported from an ancient Indonesian temple." Perhaps Dr. Henry Walton Jones, Jr. has something to say about that?
