More details are emerging that might explain this enigmatic boxy new development, whose rendering was spotted back in March, sans details, on ODA Architecture's Facebook page. A neighbor to doomed graffiti palace 5 Pointz, all signs (and a permit filing) point towards an 182-unit mixed-use project at 22-22 Jackson Avenue. BuzzBuzzHome spotted an application for the site that proposes 118,563 square feet of residential space and 5,723 square feet of retail, with bike storage, a library, pool, gym, lounge, communal rooftop recreational space, enclosed parking and private terraces. The developer is Jeff Gershon. Know more? That's what our tipline is for. [BBH; previously]
