How Much for a 2BR Co-op With Roof Rights in Fort Greene?

New, 15 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

Where/What: 2BR/1BA co-op in Fort Greene
Square feet: N/A
Maintenance/CC: $799
The Skinny: This two-bedroom is located on the top floor of a small co-op building not far from Fort Greene Park. The listing says the unit comes with rights to the roof that would allow the buyer to "potentially" build a rooftop deck (we're guessing that "potentially" is thrown in there because you would need approval from the board and DOB). The 22-foot wide living room has a built-in corner bookshelf, and there's space for a dining table beside the open kitchen, which has a tile floor that looks somewhat out of place next to the hardwood of the living room. The windows are somewhat small, but there are three skylights for natural light. Both bedrooms have closests, and there is bike storage in the basement. How much do you think the seller is asking?
