? In Chelsea, a 1,200-square-foot 2BR penthouse is going for $4,500/month and includes a 300-square-foot private terrace that doesn't really look all that pleasant. The living room is huge and the apartment allows no pets.
? Across the street from the Stuy-Town leasing office in Gramercy, a 1,300-square-foot converted 3BR/2BA is going for $4,500/month, with all utilities included. It has five closets.
? For the recent college grad with way too many roommates, a 6BR/2BA duplex in Bushwick is available for $4,500/month. Just imagine all the various alliances. It would be like living in a real life game of Risk.
? On the Upper West Side, a 4BR/2BA with lots of exposed brick and natural light is located a half block from the park and asking $4,500/month. The fact that it's ten blocks from a Whole Foods is also apparently worth mentioning.
? A renovated/converted 3BR/2BA in Kips Bay has big windows and all those nice building amenities, including a pool. It's asking $4,600/month.
? And in Dumbo, a 741-square-foot 2BR is going for $4,500/month with no fee and features, mostly notably, huge exposed wood columns and beams. Very big windows, too.
