Actor and Simpsons star Hank Azaria recently ditched his Soho co-op at 84 Mercer Street. Azaria first put the apartment on the market two years ago as a $16,000 per month rental, finally selling to the enigmatic "Third World Dog Trust" (which sounds like it could be an all-schnauzer afrocentric hip-hop group from the early nineties) for $8 million.
