FIDI/BATTERY PARK CITY?Attention, WTC watchers. Now that the spire is firmly in place, officially documented by GoPro footage and all, it's time to turn our eagle eyes to the rest of the it's-almost-done-so-close-we-can-taste-it skyscraper. A tipster reports that glass has reached the top of at least two sides (click the photo to see it big), leaving just some parts of some edges and seams exposed. For those as obsessed as we are, the @WTCProgress Twitter handle is a great way to keep tabs on One World Trade Center's march to the finish. [CurbedWire Inbox; previously]
HARLEM/MORNINGSIDE HEIGHTS?Uptown on 110th Street, the 22-story tower going up at 240 Manhattan Avenue is making headway, too. It has a name (One Morningside Park) and a teaser website, and we know that prices will start at $491,000 for 1BRs, $929,000 for 2BRs, and $1,496,000 for 3BRs. The building looks like it's about to get to its second tier (which'll make sense if you check out the the rendering), meaning that it will very shortly tower over its neighbors.
