NYC is no stranger to co-working spaces, but new company Breather, which will launch officially in October, hopes to tweak the co-working model a little bit with on-demand office space. These are offices that will be rentable by the hour or by the day via smartphone. Whether or not the room is cleaned before the next guest arrives depends on whether the renter uses the space just for phone calls or for something like a lunch. "We fit into the cracks of a city," explains company founder/CEO Julien Smith. [PandoDaily]
