Welcome back to The Brokerbabble Glossary, where we take a word or a turn of phrase that seems to show up in an unreasonable number of listings and decipher its true meaning. If you have any ideas for us, send them to the tipline. Today's word: Embodiment.
Apartments in New York City embody many things. Some embody class, some style, some sophistication. And some, like this kitchen, embody luxury in only the way that a stove, microwave, and dishwasher lined up against the wall of the living room in a 700-square-foot apartment could: not at all. It's definitely convenient, though.
This building is the embodiment of the fact that you can rent it. For money.
One would think that the embodiment of serenity would not be located in Midtown East, but who knows.
Yeah, definitely.
