A few months ago, we featured a listing on The Six-Digit Club for a one-bedroom masquerading as a penthouse in One Avenue B, one of the first luxury condos to sprout up in Alphabet City. At the time, the listing was nice—not thrilling, but nice, and we can now say with little doubt that the $5.95 million penthouse showcased above makes the other one look like a hovel.
