Stately Park Slope Mansion Wants $5.8 Million, and More

New, 6 comments

Welcome to the Brooklyn Townhouse Roundup, where we—you guessed it—take a look at the most notable Brooklyn townhouses to hit the market over the past week. Got tips? Send 'em here.

? This five-story limestone mansion in Park Slope is the consummate Brooklyn townhouse. It features original wood, plaster, and stained glass detailing, plus a huge parlor, newly renovated baths, two roof decks, and an in-ground swimming pool in the garden. The listing price is pushing $5.8 million.

? Moving on to Cobble Hill, here's another multi-family townhouse going for $4.15 million. This triplex has four or five bedrooms and a master bedroom in the garden apartment. There are also two wood-burning fireplaces and, based on the pictures, some really nice wide plank floors.

? A stone's throw away in Boerum Hill, this massive four-story brownstone recently hit the market for a whopping $7.9 million. According to the listing, this is the largest house in Boerum Hill at 6,500-square-feet, including a full-height cellar below the garden level, which is "ideal for a wine cellar or studio." It's also newly renovated, but there are no interior shots available yet.
