The light in this apartment is imported directly from the sun and it is the very best light available in the known universe. While other apartments use knockoff brands of light with various imperfections (inconsistent brightness, blueish tint, travels at only the speed of sound), this apartment's genuine sunlight? is completely flawless. There is no better light currently on the market.
All of these things appear to be very true. (Also, being "overwhelmed by sunlight" does not sound all that pleasant.)
This one probably just depends on how you define the words "impeccable" and "style."
