As one Harry Macklowe lawsuit begins, another draws to a close. And such is the circle of Harry Macklowe lawsuits. Macklowe just won a decision against his soon-to-be-ex-son-in-law, Kent Swig, forcing Swig to pay back the $200,000 that Macklowe loaned him, not ironically, so that he could fight all his other lawsuits. Swig, who, when he isn't developing condos or getting ice buckets thrown at his head, is usually getting sued by someone or other, used the opportunity to accuse Macklowe of forging his signature on insurance documents.
