Out with the old, in with the sort-of-pretending-to-look-old. The Department of Transit has unveiled two proposed designs for the new cobblestones that will replace Vinegar Hill's original, difficult-to-bike-on cobblestones. One plan calls for mostly original, flattened out stones with a "somewhat historically accurate" granite strip for bikers (pictured), while the other plan would use newly made, machine-rounded stones.
