On Monday, Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein will decide whether or not the owners of the World Trade Center will be allowed to sue airlines and other defendants over damages from the September 11th attacks. World Trade Center Properties has already received $4.9 billion in insurance proceeds, but Hellerstein's ruling will determine whether or not the owners are entitled to more money. If he rules in their favor, a liability suit against American Airlines, United Airlines, US Airways, Boeing, the Massachusetts Port Authority, and others will likely move forward. [NBC]
