The demolition of graffiti mecca 5 Pointz inches closer to demolition. Queens Borough President Helen Marshall threw her support behind the plan to raze the art-covered warehouse and construct two residential towers after the developers agreed to include 75 units of affordable housing for "city workers, seniors, veterans and residents of northwestern Queens."
