9 Townhouses of Boerum Hill Get Facades, Near Completion

New, 7 comments

Brownstoner stopped by the 9 Townhouses on State Street, and they are starting to look just like their renderings. All but eight have facades, which are red and grey brick with copper elements inspired by the copper oriel windows of historic homes in the neighborhood. The final facade, currently being installed, has an almost entirely copper-clad front. A peek inside revealed the houses at 301 and 301a State Street to be very near completion, with fully installed kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms. One of the homes is already on the market, asking $3.5 million for 4,340-square-feet.

Rogers Marvel Architects designed the development, which is the sister project to the 14 Townhouses that were built in the early aughts. All nine of the new homes should be complete in two to three months.
