Considering that the median price for Tribeca two-bedrooms currently on the market is $2.95 million, this $1.795 million triplex in 80 Warren Street might be a steal. It helps, of course that one of the bedrooms is a sleeping loft that looks out over the living room and the other one is not classified as a bedroom by the Department of Buildings, but still, the fact remains that this is a very cool, very architect-y place. Designed by Lewis Tsurumaki Lewis, the apartment features 13-foot living room ceilings, "television & media equipment [that] are neatly concealed when not in use" (probably behind that jigsaw puzzle-looking thing on the wall), and generally seems to do quite a bit with its somewhat limited space.
