Piling on to Williamsburg's stock of luxury rental buildings is 250 North 10th Street, where 34 Berry developer LCOR picked up a vacant lot a few years back. Construction is now well underway, with signage newly up outside and a teaser website newly up on the Internet. We got our hands on some construction shots; the apartments themselves, studios through two-bedrooms, will be ready in spring 2014.
