His net worth is somewhere in the area of $3.2 billion (the most recent Forbes estimate) to $4.56 billion (the number in a 2012 report prepared by Trump for his accountant). But Trump doesn't actually own much in New York City any more?most of his buildings developed in the late 1980s through the early 2000s have been sold, as have the buildings in Coney Island and Sheepshead Bay that Trump inherited from his father.
