? Get ready to be depressed: this 708-square-foot 2BR in the West Village is going for $4,975/month. It has three exposures and may or may not include a windowed kitchen and bathroom. It was listed for $5,200/month earlier this month before lowering its price.


? In Midtown, this flex 3BR/2BA with walls of glass is available for $5,095/month in a luxury building with all kinds of amenities such as valet parking, a roof deck, gym, lounge, garage, and "business center."


? In Prospect Heights, a 1,450-square-foot 3BR/2BA duplex is going for an even $5,000/month. It has a nice little backyard with some plants.


? This floor-through 2BR in Soho is asking $4,955/month. It's got some pretty big windows.



? In Williamsburg, a large 2BR/2BA duplex is renting for $5,000/month. It includes a double-height living room and a private balcony and there's also a shared roof deck, lounge, concierge, and gym.


? And in Chelsea, a 3BR/2BA with french doors and a dishwasher is going for $5,000/month.
