On the Upper West Side, this one-bedroom co-op duplex recently hit the market. With high ceilings and hardwood floors, there's also a new kitchen and two full bathrooms on each floor. It's obviously a tiny place and the kitchen (despite the new appliances) is pretty mediocre, but given the location on Riverside Drive (gorgeous, verdant), the building itself (subtle, elegant), and a typically Upper West Side aesthetic (bookish, neurotic), there's no doubt this apartment has a certain cachet. It's asking $650,000.
