The last time we checked in on the action at 309 Fifth Avenue, occupying some prime Koreatown real estate just south of the Empire State, the 34-story glassy tower was coming along nicely. Lo and behold, the building now has an official name (The Dylan), an official website, and six apartments officially on the market. Buzz Buzz Home spotted the listings, which, like the units, are a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms. The smallest of the bunch will run you $3,105/month, while the most expensive listed right now has a rent of $6,695.
Views are paramount here, with even the kitchen backsplash serving as a window out onto the building's Midtown surrounds. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows have custom shades, and to make sure that panoramic vistas are completely unobstructed, there are no columns blocking the living room corners. Ceiling heights range from 9' to 11'2", and every unit has a washer/dryer. Move-in dates are either August 15 or September 1. Amenities include a rooftop lounge, a gym with a basketball court, and storage lockers.
