Once-Neglected Boerum Hill House Emerges From Renovation

New, 53 comments

When the brownstone at 374 Pacific Street last sold in summer 2010, the neighbors received $1 million of its $1.335 million sale price?to make up for its ex-owner's severe neglect of the property. The new owners have done their best to turn the Boerum Hill locals' frowns upside down ever since. They gave the property a thorough redo and returned it to market for $7.9 million. That listing, which appeared in early June, had no pictures, but the images have just come online. The place does have the classic Greek Revival feel promised in the listing.
The renovation is mostly done, but the seller is offering a kitchen "entirely customized to the buyer's specifications and is open to doing other custom finishes throughout the house." What a comeback!
