Just as we've adjusted to the new reality of $1+ million sales in the neighborhood, a tipster points out that a Bed-Stuy townhouse is seeking $2.4 million. The property, at 583 Putnam Avenue, is a different animal than the earlier record-setter, since it's a four-unit property?but still. The building has a 3BR owner's triplex and three 2BR rental units, one with garden access. The images on the listing are "shown for finishes only," and the finishes look fine, but is this really a $2.4 million building?
