It's been about a year since sales began at 37 Warren Street's Warren Lofts, but after an initial burst of contracts, the building has flown under the radar while finishing construction. Warren Lofts (which shares a developer with 101 West 87th Street) is now ready to face the world again, and has debuted a new model unit designed by Mise en Scene Design (seen in the photos above and below). At the moment, though, there's only one apartment available, unit 3C, which is asking $2.575 million for 2BR/2BA. (The building's four penthouses should hit the market in the fall.)
