Miles Redd-Designed Pad at 1 Morton Square Seeks $5.75M

The average rich folk at 1 Morton Square may not have the cachet of their celebrity neighbors, but that doesn't stop them from being empire-builders. Jonathan Lupo purchased #3CE in the building in 2004 for $1,374,712 and held the apartment quietly, biding his time. In 2010, he added on #3DE for $2,050,000. Now the combination, with decor that's the work of interior designer Miles Redd, is up for sale at $5.75 million. In case you doubted that an interior designer was involved, the living includes pink silk walls and red pony hair doors. Pony hair! Nothing else in the brokerbabble can quite measure up to that, though the his-and-hers walk-in closets and the 300-bottle wine storage certainly aren't bad.
