Brooklyn Exodus

New, 1 comment

The latest move in the Jehovah's Witnesses sell-off of their Brooklyn buildings: the sale of six Dumbo buildings in the middle of Brooklyn's Tech Triangle. They sold for a total of $375 million to Kushner Companies, RFR Holdings, and a third, unidentified, developer. Now a hotel (90 Sands Street, right) and five industrial buildings (55 Prospect Street, 81 Prospect Street, 175 Pearl Street, 77 Sands Street, and 117 Adams Street), they will be redeveloped into "loft-style creative office space."
