A lot of people had a lot of complaints about this week's Pricespotter property?mostly regarding the skinny layout?but that didn't seem to influence their guesses, as most were above the $750,000 asking price. Many were significantly higher, from $900K to $1.3 million. Only one anonymous commenter named the correct price, but (s)he didn't even think it was what the apartment deserves: "I would say 500K, but since it's UWS let's go with 750K 'cause of the pretentious of the people who live there." The unit is located at 213 West 80th Street, between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue. Will it sell at the asking price?
