Extell's planned 40 Riverside Boulevard will have 219 condo units and 55 affordable rental units, and Upper West Siders are all worked up over the fact that the renters will have a separate entrance to the building. The affordable rental will face the back of the building, while the condos will face the Hudson. Says local Assembly member Linda B.
