Fast-fashion retailer H&M wants a piece of the skyline. Four illuminated H&M panels will be installed at the top of 4 Times Square sometime this year, each sign about 70 feet by 70 feet. They'll point the way to the building's 42,500-square-foot H&M store. For comparison, the GE sign at 30 Rockefeller Plaza is only about 25 feet high. [WSJ]
