Private Art

Graffiti: not just in Greenpoint anymore. Apparently some NYC real estate buyers and renters are now into graffiti on the walls of apartments, because they see it as a "private instant gallery." There are a few examples: an 800-square-foot Bond Street loft with a mural that might have been painted by 1990s LES graffiti artist Andre Charles and a Chirstopher Street studio with art by Andre Saraiva, a French graffiti artist.
