One Morningside Park Reveals Renderings, Condos From $610K

New, 29 comments

Here to help alleviate the market's low inventory issues... please welcome the 55 new units at under-construction condo tower One Morningside Park. BuzzBuzz Home noticed that the building's full website went live today, containing interior renderings, photos of the panoramic views from upper-floor apartments, and... wait for it... the current availability of those one-, two-, and three-bedrooms we've all been pining for. After some bobbling on the asking prices, it's now official: the 1BRs range from $610,000 to $828,000 (and 525 to 661 square feet); the 2BRs from $1,120,000 to $1,606,000 (and 975 to 1,108 square feet); and the 3BRs from $1,877,000 to $2,214,000 (and 1,265 to 1,383 square feet). The units with the higher asks within each category have balconies or terraces. The building will reach 22 stories, and not all of the units are on the market yet. No floorplans, either.

All apartments have oak hardwood floors and most have open kitchens. The lower floors get Kitchen Aid appliances and quartz countertops while the three-beds on floors 15-20 get Sub Zero fridges, Miele cooktops, and stone countertops. How the other half lives! As for the bathrooms (of which there is an inexplicably large number of renderings), most are windowed and have floor-to-ceiling porcelain elements. The building will also have a doorman, a rooftop terrace with an outdoor kitchen, and a fitness center. A purchase gets you a 20-year tax abatement.
