This 885-square-foot 1BR/1BA in 5 Riverside Drive, which was just listed for $750,000, was owned and occupied for over 45 years by an original shareholder from when the building went co-op in 1969. And apparently, at some point during the '70s, there was a big sale on pink paint. It's always fun when one of these place that hasn't changed hands in decades shows up on the market, but this one has the added bonus of having been pretty wacky to start with, even when some of its design elements didn't look quite so dated.
