New, 1 comment

The latest from Curbed Miami, our outpost in the "Sixth Borough"...

1) Coconut Grove: The first spiraling column of starchitect Bjarke Ingels' Grove at Grand Bay twisting twin condo towers has popped out of the ground. The buildings will be finished before W57, and thus they will be his first two completed buildings in the Americas. Booya New York.

2) Sunny Isles Beach: Check out this elaborate model of the latest starchitect-scraper coming to Sunny Isles Beach, Herzog & de Meuron's Jade Signature.

3) Almost South Beach: New renderings have been revealed of the Metropolitan by COMO Hotel coming to the part of Miami Beach juuuust north of South Beach. It's a restoration of the historic Traymore Hotel and will be open this winter. Do check it out.
