Yesterday, this two-bedroom townhouse unit in Yorkville hit the market. It's a clean, simple apartment with high ceilings, four exposures, some really nice hardwood floors, and—according to the brokerbabble—an original bathtub from the 1930s (no picture, though, so it could be haunted or sprouting fungus or something). The kitchen is also lacking and those mirrored walls in the living room aren't fooling anyone. Still, this place certainly has its charms and Yorkville is a nice area, even if it is destined to become garbageland.
