Newly Renovated Clinton Hill Townhouse Asks $2.55M

New, 6 comments

? In Clinton Hill, this newly renovated four-story townhouse features new kitchens, bathrooms, and appliances, with a ton of original details, like the 100-year-old hardwood floors throughout. The layout seems pretty impressive (though no floorplan, so who knows) and the outdoor space is huge. Overall, it's a nice looking place asking a somewhat reasonable $2.55 million.

? In Bed-Stuy, this three-story, red brick townhouse is asking $899,000. With four bedrooms and three baths, it's currently configured as a multi-family (rental on the top floor), but it can easily be converted back to a single-family home. There are some really nice details too, like decorative fireplaces, crown molding, a tin ceiling, and what looks like an ornate facade. There also seems to be some very nice garden space.

? Finally, in Carroll Gardens, this three-floor townhouse (also recently renovated) just hit the market for $1.795 million. The facade is gorgeous, and the interior features lots of other nice original details, like crown molding, wide-plank floors, and decorative mantles. Great location, too.
