Historic Budweiser Estate Wants $9M; More Zaha Renderings

The latest from Curbed Miami, our outpost in the "Sixth Borough"...

1) Palm Island: A nearly century-old home of the Busch beer brewing family, called the Budweiser Estate, has hit the market on Palm Island for $8.9 million. Although 'structural updates' have been made, the house otherwise seems remarkably intact, down to the chinoiserie wallpaper and original white awnings.

2) North Bay Road: Shakira has listed her Miami Beach home, which over the years the pop star had expanded, in the hopes of making a tidy profit to the tune of more than four times what she paid for it.

3) Downtown: Along with news of an approval by a Miami planning board, Zaha Hadid's One Thousand Museum condo tower has some new renderings of the building from the waterside. Do check 'em out.
