The application is now available (Warning: PDF) for 48 affordable rental units at 388 Bridge. (Thanks to the tipster who passed it along.) The chart above shows the minimum income ranges for the units, starting at $19,855 and going up to $42,950, and the monthly rents, which start at $546/month for a studio and go up to $908/month for a two-bedroom with at least two occupants. Applications have a postmark deadline of October 14.
