The residents of Harlem between West 125th Street and West 150th Street have no interest in giving up the homes they bought for relative low prices in the 1980s and 1990s?but that hasn't stopped brokers from giving the area a snazzy new hame: NoHa. "That's a bunch of crap," one West 127th Street resident put it succinctly. Then again, he does have people knocking on his door regularly offering him $1.8 million for a brownstone he spent $85,000 on in 1995. [NYDN]
