The Museum for African Art has a new strategy to deal with its eternal construction delays and lack of funding: a rebranding and mission expansion. The museum hopes to become the New Africa Center?an institution, modeled on the Asia Society, that will offer a policy institute and members' club as well as a museum. There's also a $60 million capital campaign underway to finish the museum, with a potential new opening date of 2015. [WSJ; previously]
