Insane Full Floor Four-Bed in Chelsea Asks $8.5 Million

New, 18 comments

Everyone knows Chelsea properties be crazy, but this four-bedroom, full-floor condo at 130 West 30th Street might just take the cake. At 4,000-square-feet, the unit is asking $8.495 million, and features a private keyed elevator, a library, a huge walk-in closet and two terraces, with views of the Empire State Building and 1WTC. There's also 11-foot beamed ceilings, 22 bronze-finished windows, wide plank oak floors, and custom lighting. Perhaps best of all, the apartment is filled with weird, disturbing art, because in our experience, nothing helps sell an apartment like nude, lifeless mannequin children and swarms of sinister butterflies.
