This fourteen-room apartment in Rosario Candela-designed 765 Park Avenue has been on and off the market for a couple years, starting at $27 million in 2011. The price has dropped to $25 million since then, but nevertheless, its enormous floorplan is worth taking a look at. We count 25 windows spread out between three exposures, two separate living rooms (a living room and a "family room"), a library complete with a wet bar, a dining room, an eat-in kitchen, a master suite with a large dressing room, and, of course, the obligatory powder room in the gallery, accessible via private elevator landing. They don't get much better than this.
