The Times sits down with developer Lesley Bamberger of the Kroonenberg Groep, the Dutch developer behind the 80-percent-sold Huys project on Park Avenue South. The scaffolding will be down at the end of September, the building should be finished by the end of May, and the building's "best apartment" will ask around $3,500/square foot, bringing the building's average price up to about $2,400/square foot.
