Former Ball, Black & Co. Jewelry Showroom Wants $11 Million

New, 12 comments

The 6,500-square-foot second floor of 565 Broadway once served as the showroom for Tiffany's rival Ball, Black, and Co.. Now, it's on the market for $10.95 million with many of its original design elements intact, including six Corinthian columns, a Carrara marble floor, and a 17-foot-tall exposed brick vault ceiling, which, the brokerbabble helpfully points out, "represents almost 3x the height of the average person." Unfortunately, there's no floorplan, but apparently the space is configured into four bedrooms, five full bathrooms, two powder rooms, the enormous living/dining room, a media room, a library, and a separate 1,000-square-foot apartment. And there's a Victoria's Secret on the ground floor, if you ever need to run downstairs and grab some undergarments.
